Zero3D delivers a comprehensive range of additive manufacturing and subtractive manufacturing (CNC Machining) services for industries across Australia that benefit from manufacturing on demand.
Our team understands how technologies in these areas can solve manufacturing challenges and help businesses achieve a competitive advantage.
We provide our service to organisations in the automotive, motorsports, defence, aerospace, manufacturing, art, architecture, health care and education sectors.
Additive manufacturing is particularly valuable when converting left-hard drive vehicles to right-hand drive.
We are pioneers in the left to right hand drive market – we were one of the first companies in the world to 3D scan, reverse engineer and use additive manufacturing to convert a Dodge Challenger Hellcat to right-hand drive.
We have been working with well-established conversion companies since 2016, converting popular USA brands for the Australian market.
We have scanned, designed and manufactured dash components and ducting for F150, F250, Ram 1500, Ram2500, Ram 3500 for the right-hand drive market.
In this field, our expertise in reverse engineering and prototyping is second to none.
At Zero3D, we have extensive experience in aftermarket parts. We were the first to scan, design and manufacture custom digital dashes, starting with our first Datsun 1600 left-hand drive dash in 2015. Since then, we have created more than 45 different designs for the Datsun 1600 alone.
We have also created unique widebody kits, from scanning and design through to manufacturing prototypes for customers.
We have also worked with the bus industry. In this space, our team has primarily undertaken chassis and underbody work, utilising interior scanning to determine layout and positioning for aftermarket applications.
